Whistleblowing System
To support our efforts in creating and strengthening an anti-corruption and anti-fraud culture in the company, SIG has established a Whistleblowing System (WBS).
This reporting system allows internal and external parties to make complaints and reports if indications of violations or suspicious activities are found related to criminal acts of corruption within the company. The implementation of the WBS is under the jurisdiction of the Board of Directors, who work under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors.
Actions that can be considered as violations are divided into three main categories viz
Category 1 (Corruption and economic crimes),
Category 2 (Crimes related to general crimes),
Category 3 (Violation related to company policy).
Every employee is aware of the system that is currently implemented, as recorded in the Company's Code of Ethics, in various policies and provisions of the company, as well as the Employee Discipline Policy.
In the event of a report, the identity of the reporter and the reported party will be kept confidential by the company during the investigation, unless disclosure is required in connection with a report or investigation conducted by an authorized party. Employees who become whistleblowers are protected from dismissal, demotion, harassment or any form of discrimination.
We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations in running the WBS. In order to ensure that the system remains relevant and is supported by the best mechanisms, SIG collaborates with third parties to manage the system.
If you find violations in the SIG work environment, please report them via:
