In accordance with the spirit of growing together, SIG always strives to improve insight and skills in order to support improving the quality of work as well as to develop the potential and career of each employee. Our team is always open-minded and positive. Through training and education, we continue to improve our capabilities so that every employee can keep up with today's dynamic business developments.
There are five aspects related to HR investment that we have developed, namely Leader as Teacher & Retired Faculty, Predicting future capability, Professional Certification Institute/LSP (Professional Certification Institute, Knowledge Man-agement Strategy & Innovation, and Center & Counseling.
To facilitate communication between employees, there is an Learn and Share or Employee Forum, which allows each employee to share experiences and discussions with internal or external sources. Discussions around hot topics in areas that are in line with the GIS business strategy are carried out to foster interest in relevant knowledge.
