The objectives of implementing the Company's GCG are:

1. Optimizing the value of the Company so that the Company has strong competitiveness, both nationally and internationally, so as to be able to maintain its existence and live sustainably to achieve the Company's goals and objectives.
2. Encouraging the management of the Company in a professional, efficient, and effective manner, as well as empowering the functions and increasing the independence of the Company's organs.
3. Encourage Persero Organs in making decisions and carrying out actions based on high moral values ​​and compliance with laws and regulations, as well as awareness of the Company's social responsibility towards Stakeholders and environmental sustainability around the Company.
4. Increase the Company's contribution to the national economy.
5. Improve a conducive climate for the development of national investment.

In achieving this goal, the Company has carried out:

1. Regular socialization and internalization to all Company personnel to provide an understanding of policies related to GCG and its derivatives. Core values ​​of AKHLAK, and indicators/parameters for the assessment and evaluation of the implementation of GCG in the company.
2. GCG best practices in each of the Company's operational activities, not only comply with applicable regulations, but are a very important part in realizing optimal and sustainable business growth.
3. Measurement of the quality and consistency of GCG implementation through assessment and evaluation of the level of fulfillment of GCG criteria with reference to:
   a. SOE Ministry Regulations
   b. ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS)
   c. Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
