Corporate Secretary

Corporate Secretary is a structural position under the Board of Directors and is directly responsible to the Board of Directors.

The Corporate Secretary is a corporate function regulated in OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 dated 8 December 2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, that supports the Board of Directors in ensuring smooth communication between the Company and the Stakeholders and ensuring compliance with provisions of the Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations. The Corporate Secretary also has duty to ensure the availability of public information that can be accessed by the Stakeholders based on applicable regulations.
