Objection Submission Procedure
If the Information Applicant is dissatisfied with the decision of the Public Agency, the Information Applicant can file an objection with the following procedure:

Objection Submission Form
Submission of Public Information Objections can be submitted by filling out an online form, downloading the Objection Submission Form or coming directly to the Public Information Service desk at our office.
To fill out the form online, please click the Fill Out Online Objection Submission button or click Download Objection Submission Form to download the form and complete it according to the information listed, then send it directly to the PPID address or via email address ppid@sig.id.
