As a company under the auspices of a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), SIG was built on the basis of Good Corporate Governance (CGC).

We always try to be transparent, by upholding accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and compliance with laws and regulations in every corporate culture that we apply, the behavior of each employee, and our daily activities.

In 2020, SIG received ISO 37001:2016 certification on its anti-bribery management system, which includes procedures and policies implemented regarding the prevention, detection and response to reports of bribery, in order to comply with anti-bribery laws and commitments.
