a. Gratification Procedure

With the issuance of KPK Regulation Number 2 of 2019 concerning Gratification Reporting dated 5 November 2019 which revoked the previous regulation, the SIG Gratification Procedure also needs to be adjusted. During semester 1 of 2020, the gratuity procedure was rearranged to comply with the latest KPK Regulations and was approved by the Director of Business Strategy and Business Development in May 2020. The latest gratuity procedure has code P/SIG/GRC/003.

b. Gratification Dissemination

  • Socialization of gratification control to employees and subsidiaries on 20 May 2020. Mr. Dion Hardika from the Directorate of Gratification Deputy for Prevention of the KPK. This socialization was carried out virtually in collaboration with the Corporate Learning & Dev Department.
  • Installation of digital posters displayed on every laptop desktop or PC connected to the company domain/network.
  • Advertising in the national mass media (Kontan) on 18 May 2020 as a form of public notification addressed to stakeholders not to give gratuities.

c. Gratification Reporting

During semester 1 of 2020, 5 (five) receipts of gratification in the form of perishable and/or expired food parcels have been reported, all of which have been distributed as social assistance. SIG sent letter number 0004942/KS.11.06/SUP/50050411/2000/06.2020 dated 9 June 2020 to the Director of Gratification KPK to report the 5 receipts.
