The Cilacap RDF Plant facility that covers one hectare area, was built at the initiation of SIG's subsidiary, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SBI) which implemented by collaborating with the Cilacap Regency Government, Central Java Provincial Government, Ministry of PUPR, Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), and the Government Kingdom of Denmark.

The award was presented by Bisnis Indonesia Commissioner Dorothea Samola to SIG's Corporate Secretary, Vita Mahreyni, at the JW Marriott Hotel, Jakarta.

Trigona bee cultivation is an innovation carried out by Semen Baturaja to help pollinate plants on post-mining reclamation land as well as to produce honey. More than that, it is also an effort to increase biodiversity in the post-mining reclamation land of the Baturaja Factory, which is expected to provide economic and ecological value.
